Busy Night: Police arrested more than 60 people for a variety of drug, liquor and weapons offenses during a concert in Omaha by Ozzy Osbourne, Slaughter and Ugly Kid Joe. The arrests were made inside and outside the Civic Auditorium before, during and after Tuesday’s concert, which was attended by about 10,000 people. “It was a very active crowd that kept us very busy,” a police sergeant said.
