HELP WANTED

I received my BA at UCLA during the Depression, earning every cent I had at 35 cents an hour and knowing that 10 other people were waiting for that job. I know standards have been lowered to accommodate the otherwise unqualified, but I’d be ashamed to acknowledge most of the students in the article as UCLA graduates.
