Gas Prices Fall Again: The average gasoline price declined 0.62 of a cent per gallon in the past two weeks, an industry analyst said. The sluggish economy has cut consumption, depressing prices for wholesalers, who have passed the lower prices on, said Trilby Lundberg. Her survey of 13,000 gas stations nationwide showed that the overall average price was 127.64 cents a gallon, down from 128.26 cents a gallon two weeks before.
