Mexico’s Gumercindo Olmedo and compatriot Petra Guevara won the men’s and women’s events in the smog-shrouded Mexico City International Marathon. Olmedo, 28, finished the 10th annual race in 2 hours 19 minutes 25 seconds, and Guevara, 25, was timed in 2:46:23.
