The United States Olympic Committee, criticized recently for moving slowly to establish a ticket outlet in the United States for the 1994 Winter Games in Lillehammer, Norway, has chosen Cartan Tours of Oak Brook, Ill. Cartan, which will have an Olympic ticket division in Manhattan Beach, has established a ticket line at (800) 841-1994.

The USOC was criticized at a luncheon of Lillehammer officials last month, where it was announced that only two countries had yet to establish ticket outlets: the United States and Albania.
