SAN FERNANDO VALLEY : 3 Appointed to County Panels

Two Northridge residents and one from Hidden Hills have been appointed recently to county commissions.
County Supervisor Mike Antonovich appointed Lee Kanon Alpert, a Northridge resident and Encino lawyer, to a new term on the Los Angeles Judicial Procedures Commission. Antonovich also appointed another Northridge resident, Robert Lowe, to the Task Force on Nutrition. Lowe is director of food services for the Sheriff’s Department.
Supervisor Ed Edelman appointed Amanda Susskind, city attorney for Hidden Hills, to the county Parks and Recreation Commission.
