RIGHT AT HOME: Walt Disney CEO Michael Eisner, who’s turned the company into a Hollywood giant, rarely gives speeches unless it’s to groups of stockholders or employees. But the World Affairs Council of Orange County has snared him for its Wednesday night dinner. . . . Eisner didn’t request it, but as a courtesy, the council is holding the affair at--where else--the Disneyland Hotel.
