FAST FLU JOINT: It may not top McDonald’s, but several hospitals now offer drive-through flu shots. College Hospital Costa Mesa will offer free drive-through shots Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. . . . Just fill out a form, drive up and stick out your arm. It’s a way to handle high volume. Explains Ruth Miller of its Ladies Auxiliary: “People come into the hospital and clutter it up.”
