Builder Sees Bright Side: Closing on a positive note:

Peter Perrin, recently retired president of Bramalea of California--the Newport Beach-based luxury home builder--says he disagrees with economists who say 1993 will be a flat year, at best, for the area’s home building industry.

“They look in the rearview mirror to make their predictions,” says Perrin. “But the industry is restructuring and no one really knows what will come out the other end. I think things will be a little better than the economists say.”
