Barbara N. Lubash Appointed President of Pacific Review Services

Barbara N. Lubash has been appointed president of Pacific Review Services, a subsidiary of PacifiCare Health Systems. Previously, she was senior vice president of Private Healthcare Systems Inc. in Irvine. Lubash has also been product manager for the medical products division of Hewlett-Packard Co. and had various management jobs with the Harvard Community Health Plan. Pacific Review, based in Cypress, is a health-care-cost management firm.
