Litton Wins Greek Jet Systems Contract

ATHENS — The Greek government said Litton Industries Inc. has been awarded a $191-million contract to supply the Greek air force with defensive systems for its 39 F-16 fighters.
The decision was announced after a cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Constantine Mitsotakis. Greek officials said the Beverly Hills-based Litton is to begin delivering the systems in 1997.
