Hunger Relief: Speaking of the Kentucky Derby, singer Dolly Parton helped raise 716,000 pounds of food by headlining the USA Harvest National Hunger Relief Concert in Louisville, Ky., a pre-Derby event, over the weekend. Food purchased with money from ticket sales and corporate donations, as well as canned goods brought by concert-goers, will be distributed to shelters across the country.
