UN-GREEN? Good or bad depending on who’s counting, three local Assembly members posted the lowest scores possible in a survey of the Legislature’s environmental voting record. Republicans Gil Ferguson, Mickey Conroy and Doris Allen earned zeros in the California League of Conservation Voters annual study of how lawmakers voted on “environmental” bills. . . . Sen. Marian Bergeson was the local GOP’s top, voting the league’s way 45% of the time. Democrat Tom Umberg posted the top county score at 67%, but league officials groused because his score dropped from the previous year.
