Arts Passport: California Arts Council Director Joanne Kozberg today will introduce the Los Angeles Arts Passport--a promotional book offering L.A. visitors ticket discounts, two-for-one coupons and other incentives to attend local arts events. Among those featured in the passport: the Mark Taper Forum, L.A. Chamber Orchestra, L.A. County Museum of Art, Inner City Cultural Center, East-West Players and the long-running play “Tamara.” The introduction is part of “Tourism Works With the Arts in L.A.,” a daylong seminar at the L.A.
