Lease Renewed: The Orange County office of the Kenneth Leventhal & Co. accounting firm is not abandoning its longtime abode in pricey Newport Center for cheaper quarters.
The nation’s eighth largest accounting firm, located at 660 Newport Center Drive for 19 years, has renewed its claim on its 25,518 square feet of space by signing a 10-year lease.
“In a marketplace where the majority of buildings continually change ownership, it is beneficial to lease space from a stable owner who demonstrates a solid commitment to the building and its tenants,” said Michael Meyer, managing partner at Kenneth Leventhal.
