* Regarding the report on the dedication of Germany’s World War II memorial (Nov. 15):
Please note that 1,620,000 children under age 15 were gassed during the war. The gassings took place at Sobibor, Treblinka and Auschwitz-Birkenau on orders from Berlin. The war memorial apparently fails to mention this group of victims.
