Eltron to Sell 1 Million Shares in Initial Offering

Eltron International Inc. announced plans to sell 1 million common shares for $5 to $6 in the company’s initial public stock offering. The Chatsworth-based firm, which manufactures bar code printing products, reported earnings of $600,520 for the 10 months ended Oct. 31, contrasted with a loss of $376,706 for the same period last year.
Company officials hope to raise about $4.5 million after expenses from the offering and will use some of it to repay debt.
