Brethren Christian Running Back Picks San Luis Obispo

Brethren Christian running back Keith Washington signed a letter of intent with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Brethren Christian Coach Ken Sharrar said Wednesday.
Washington, the Olympic League back of the year, rushed for more than 1,300 yards and scored 18 touchdowns last season. He also earned All-Southern Section Division X honors.
Sharrar said Washington, a 5-foot-10, 205-pound senior, will play running back and linebacker for the Division I-AA school.
