Homedco Group Inc.: The Fountain Valley provider of home health care services said profit for its latest quarter rose 17% to $7.4 million, or 55 cents a share, from $6.3 million, or 48 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue for the company’s third fiscal quarter, which ended June 30, was 12% higher, rising to $133.7 million from $119.3 million. For the first nine months of its fiscal year, the company posted a profit of $21.6 million, or $1.61 a share, up 23% from $17.6 million, or $1.33 a share, for the same period last year. Nine-month revenue climbed 10% to $385.2 million from $349.2 million.
