Kilpatrick 23, Arrowhead Christian 8--The Mustang defense limited Arrowhead Christian (2-1) to 78 yards and recorded a second-quarter safety to fuel Kilpatrick’s 10-0 halftime lead.
Running backs Mario Qualls and James Evans combined for 93 yards rushing. Qualls scored twice in the second half on an eight-yard run and a 51-yard pass play from Casar Cuevas to give the Mustangs (2-1) a 23-0 advantage.
