First Interstate Bank Appoints Senior Vice President

First Interstate Bank of California has appointed Richard Shuttleworth senior vice president in addition to his position as regional manager of Orange County corporate banking. Shuttleworth joined the Los Angeles-based bank in 1977 and was assigned to the Chicago representative office as a corporate lending officer in 1979. He served in the same capacity with the bank’s metropolitan division in Los Angeles beginning in 1983 and with its international operations in Hong Kong in 1985, prior to being assigned to Orange County corporate banking in 1987 where he has been regional manager since 1989.
