LAGUNA HILLS — Two residents have been selected by the City Council to fill openings on the Traffic Commission.
Gillian Rampley and Robert J. Wheeler, who is an assistant city attorney in Santa Ana, will take their oaths of office at the Oct. 11 City Council meeting.
They are replacing William Bivens, who left because his job requires more travel, and Joseph Greco, who moved to Laguna Niguel.
Rampley and Wheeler were chosen from 16 applicants. City administrators said they were pleased at the high number of people who expressed interest in serving.
