LA PALMA : Rental Fees Established for New Park Facilities

The City Council has enacted fees for individuals and businesses who want to reserve the new Plaza Pavilion area at Central Park for private events and parties.
By a unanimous vote, the council decided that residents who reserve the pavilion will be charged $30 an hour. Businesses and corporations will be billed $45 an hour.
The hourly fee includes use of the steel gazebo and the group picnic area.
In addition to the hourly fee, pavilion users must give the city a refundable deposit, based on the number of people expected to attend the event. The deposit is $50 for groups of up to 50 people, $100 for groups of 51 to 100 people, and $150 for groups larger than 100.
