Television: Gannett Co. said Thursday that it completed the purchase of KTHV-TV, the CBS affiliate in Little Rock, Ark., from Arkansas Television Co. for $27 million in stock. Gannett said it now owns 10 television stations, all network affiliates, and 11 radio stations in six markets. It also publishes 82 daily newspapers, including USA Today and USA Weekend, a newspaper magazine, and operates the largest outdoor advertising company in North America.
