SEASON AT A GLANCE: A three-year varsity performer who played No. 1 singles the past two seasons, Feldman finished 21-0 and capped the season by winning the City Section singles championship Friday. A powerful and athletic serve-and-volley player, Feldman finished 48-2 in three years.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Feldman upset defending champion Kendra Segura of Dorsey, 6-4, 6-0, for the the title that eluded her the two previous seasons. Feldman’s losses came in the 1993 City semifinals (to Segura) and the 1992 final (to former teammate Brahna Pastorini). “I wanted this really bad,” Feldman said. “I’ve been wanting to win this for the last three years.”
