TRACY CLARK
Corona del Mar, Sr.
Cruised to victory at the Orange County Championships, running 17:36 for an eight-second victory. Breezed to Division III victories at Laguna Hills, Woodbridge, Dana Hills and Stanford invitationals before a third-place finish at State finals.

JESSICA CORBIN
Irvine, Jr.
One of three repeat first-team members, Corbin posted the fastest overall three-mile time of any county runner this season. The junior ran 16:58 to win the Sea View League meet, then placed third overall at State Division I race.

NANCY DOLLAR
San Clemente, Sr.
The South Coast League champion was a steady performer all season. Finished seventh at the county championships, then ran to a sixth-place finish in the Southern Section Division I race. Was 10th in the large schools’ State race.

ELIASER ESTRADA
Santa Ana Valley, Sr.
The Century League champion earned first-team honors for the second year in a row. Fourth at the Orange County Championships, third in Section Division I-AA finals and seventh in the State Division I finals were season highlights.

HEATHER GARRITSON
Buena Park, Fr.
The 14-year-old won the Division III State title, capping a dominant inaugural year in prep competition. Won the Freeway League title as well as divisional races at the Laguna Hills, Woodbridge and Mt. SAC invitationals. Third at the county meet.

KATIE NUANES
Santa Margarita, So.
Also a 1993 first-team member, Nuanes led the Eagles all season. Finished sixth at the county championships and second at the Section III-AA finals. Was third in the Sea View League finals and seventh in the State Division III race.

COURTNEY PUGMIRE
Esperanza, Sr.
The most improved distance runner in the county, Pugmire was second-team all-county last year. Won the Sunset League and Section Division I titles, finished second in the State Division I final. Second at Orange County Championships.

DAN THOMAS
Coach of the Year
Foothill
In his first season back with the program after a 12-year hiatus, Thomas coached the Knights back to prominence. Brought Foothill from fifth place in the Century League a season ago to fifth at the State Division III finals.
