WESTMINSTER : Donations Collected for Flood Victims

Officials at Webber Elementary School are collecting donations for two families whose homes were destroyed in recent flooding, a school district spokeswoman said.
Storm runoff flooded the families’ homes on 10th and 11th streets in waist-deep water, leaving them in need of clothing, bedding, food, furniture, appliances and mattresses, district spokeswoman Audrey Brown said.
Residents can drop off new or used goods at the campus, 14142 Hoover St., Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., she said.
