BREA : Jim Gamble Puppets to Perform at Exhibit

Two performances by the Jim Gamble Puppets will be presented at the Curtis Theatre on Sunday in conjunction with the “International Puppets and Marionettes” exhibit at the City of Brea Gallery.
The “Wonderful World of Puppets” shows will be at 1 and 3 p.m. Tickets are $6 and can be ordered by calling the theater box office at (714) 990-7722.
The Brea Gallery exhibit, which is continuing through March 17, features more than 150 rare puppets and marionettes from around the world.
Gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, and noon to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
Admission is $1 for adults and free for those 17 or younger.
Both the gallery and the Curtis Theatre are on the plaza level of the Brea Civic & Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle at Birch Street.
