IBM to Pre-Load Windows 95: The Armonk, N.Y.-based computer giant said Microsoft Corp.’s new operating system will be installed in some personal computers beginning this fall. It said it will wait to see how much demand Windows 95 commands before making any decisions. IBM’s Aptiva, PC300, PC700 and ThinkPad are all in the running as candidates for Windows 95.
