FileNet Corp.: The Costa Mesa software company said Friday that it has completed its acquisition of Watermark Software Inc. of Burlington, Mass., in a stock swap valued at about $64 million. FileNet said it will incur about $5 million in third-quarter charges related to the acquisition.
