Recycling Bandits Leave Horrific Mess

* I went outside on trash pickup morning to find a horrible sight. All of the black bins had been looted and there was trash strewn all over my block. The yellow bins were mostly empty, but the unwanted recyclables were on the ground. It was a horrific mess.
Laura Chick has looked at the recycling problem through the eyes of the concerned people victimized by these early-morning bandits. It is outrageous to consider it OK for someone to vandalize anyone’s personal trash--especially for personal gain. I pay the city to safely and neatly dispose of my trash.
