IRVINE — Mission Energy, SCE Corp.’s power-plant development subsidiary, said it has completed its acquisition of Iberian Hy-Power Amsterdam by purchasing the remaining 66% interest in the company for nearly $20 million. Iberian Hy-Power owns interests in 18 hydroelectric generating facilities in Spain. Irvine-based Mission Energy previously had acquired a 34% stake in the company.
