House of Fabrics Gets Financing Extension

House of Fabrics Inc., a Sherman Oaks fabrics retailer in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, has signed a definitive agreement with its bank group for an extension of its debtor-in-possession financing.
The bank group, led by Bank of America, agreed to extend the $17.3 million in financing through April 30.
House of Fabrics filed for bankruptcy reorganization in November 1994.
