Hey, Aimee Mann, lighten up (“Spoiling for a Fight,” by Lorraine Ali, Feb. 4)! Sure, you went through a bad time with your record companies, bands and relationships, but look at the end result: A pretty good grip on your career and two marvelously engaging albums, not to mention critical acclaim of your significant talents. Things could be worse! Next time you look in the mirror, go ahead and crack a big smile at yourself. You deserve it!
