District Seeks Provost for Adult Education

The North Orange County Community College District is seeking a provost for its Adult Continuing Education programs.
The job, which pays an annual salary of $93,971, includes overseeing all adult education programs from senior citizen classes to high school equivalency preparation and recreational activities.
The provost is in charge of 19 full-time and 327 part-time employees.
About 30,000 people are enrolled in the district’s adult education classes, offered at Cypress College, Wilshire Center in Fullerton, Yorba Linda Education Center and other locations.
August Huesca, 63, who retired from the post last year, is serving as interim provost.
