American Health Services Corp.: The Newport Beach developer and operator of diagnostic imaging centers reported a net loss of $361,386, or 4 cents a share, for the first quarter, compared to a net loss of $282,534, or 3 cents a share, for the same period in 1995. Revenue was down 7%, to $8.7 million from $9.4 million. The company attributed the decline primarily to the sale or closure of six centers.
