EAS Manufacturing to Relocate for Expansion

EAS Manufacturing Co. in Camarillo has acquired a new building in the Flynn Road Industrial Park, allowing for expansion of operations.
EAS has scheduled an Oct. 30 occupancy of the building at 804 Via Alondra, which has almost 17,000 square feet. The company currently is located at 900 Calle Plano.
It will employ 30 people at the new site.
The transaction, valued at more than $800,000, was handled for EAS by Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. The Seeley Co. represented La Salle Advisors of Chicago, the sellers.
EAS Manufacturing is a machine shop engaged in aerospace and commercial work.
