The Gemini meteor shower--the year’s best--reaches its peak late tonight, and observers in dark location may see an average of one meteor a minute. The meteors radiate from the direction of the constellation Gemini, in the northeast, but the meteors appear all over the sky. Fewer meteors will fall Friday night.
