Placentia Program Offering Aid to First-Time Home Buyers

PLACENTIA — A first-time home-buyer program is available to low- and middle-income individuals and families who want to purchase but cannot qualify for a loan or provide a down payment.
The program, offered through the city’s redevelopment agency, provides financial assistance through deferred-payment, low-interest loans up to $25,000, depending on the price of the home. Participants must meet income requirements.
