Mental Sharpness Is Senior Lectures Topic

“Staying Mentally Sharp” is the topic of a series of lectures being held on Tuesdays at the city’s Senior Center.
Each week a new topic is discussed, including memory, depression, stress and positive thinking, relaxation and concentration techniques.
The lectures, sponsored by the North Orange County Community College District, are free for seniors 60 and older. Participants may enroll at any time during the series.
The senior center is at 500 S. Sievers St. The lectures are from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
