NEWPORT BEACH — HomeLife said Tuesday that it has acquired about 100 realty offices in the Midwest, West and Southwest from Utah-based S&S; Acquisition Corp. for cash and stock.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The realty offices, which operated under National Real Estate Service and Red Carpet banners, have the option of keeping their names or changing to HomeLife, the Newport Beach company said.
HomeLife and its other companies, along with other independently owned affiliates, have about 450 offices and more than 7,000 agents.
