Class Will Teach How to Cook Thai Food

The city Community Services Department is offering a class in Thai cooking.
Students will learn to cook authentic Thai food, including soup, beef salad, noodles, fish and curry, with a wok and barbecue. The class will be from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at Edison Community Center, 21377 Magnolia Ave.
The cost will be $39, plus an $18 materials fee. Each participant must bring a cutting board and knife.
