Clipper update--The Clippers played a miserable first half in Monday night’s game against the Golden State Warriors, falling behind by 15 points before rallying for a 112-106 win to end a four-game losing streak. Malik Sealy, who was in a shooting slump, made six of nine shots and scored 14 points in 22 minutes. The Clippers have lost their last 10 games at Portland since a 96-86 win on Feb. 14, 1993.
Trail Blazer update --They’ve won a season-high six consecutive game since a New York newspaper reported that Coach P.J. Carlesimo was about to be fired. The Trail Blazers beat the Seattle SuperSonics for the first time in four games last Sunday as Isaiah Rider scored 25 points.
