Bingo Games Flap

As usual, the Dana Point City Council refuses to come into the 1990s (“No 2, Yes 3--Bingo! Games Saved,” Times Orange County Edition, Feb. 26).
This is not the only issue that makes one think we are living in the Dark Ages and behind the times.
Seniors can’t play a harmless game of bingo? You mean to say that Mayor Bill Ossenmacher has never played the California Lotto?
Lotto is gambling, isn’t it?
This is the reason that many of us never let anyone know that we live in Dana Point. Get a life, Dana Point!
