SAN DIEGO--The accent is on Southwestern artistry Friday through next Sunday at the 10th annual Santa Fe Market. Work by artists and artisans will be for sale. YOUNTVILLE--This Napa Valley city cordons off a six-block downtown area for its Taste of Yountville, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. INDIO--The theme of the Cabazon band of Mission Indians’ upcoming Powwow is “Keh-Wit Taspa,” or Spring Celebration, 5-11 p.m. March 28, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. March 29 and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. March 30 at the reservation at Interstate 10 and Auto Center Drive.
