Vincent Pleads Guilty to Drunk Driving

LAGUNA NIGUEL — Actor Jan-Michael Vincent pleaded guilty Thursday in south Orange County Municipal Court to misdemeanor drunk driving and driving with a suspended license in connection with an Aug. 26 accident in Mission Viejo in which he suffered a broken neck.
Vincent, 52, who had pleaded not guilty to the same charges two months ago.
In the August incident, he was driving a car that rear-ended a vehicle driven by his girlfriend, Nicole Michelle Wallace, 28. Vincent’s car careened into a pole, authorities said. Wallace and her two children, who were in the vehicle with her, were unhurt. Vincent has recovered from his injuries.
On Thursday, he was ordered to complete a six-week, live-in alcohol rehabilitation program, attend a nine-month outpatient program and pay a $2,000 fine, Deputy Dist. Atty. Matt Murphy said.
