Utah point guard Andre Miller re-injured his bruised right hand and left with 4:42 remaining in Kentucky’s 72-59 victory in the West Regional final in San Jose.

Kentucky had the momentum and a 56-49 lead, and Miller did not return. The combination was too much for Utah to overcome, forward Keith Van Horn said.

“Andre runs the show for us,” Van Horn said. “When we lost Andre, we were really hurt.”
