Protester Splashes Officials With Offal

An animal rights activist angry at the killing of more than 1,000 bison near Yellowstone National Park splashed U.S. Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman and other top officials with rotting bison entrails. Protester Delyla Wilson rushed into a high school cafeteria in Gardiner, where Glickman, Montana Gov. Marc Racicot and Montana Sens. Max Baucus and Conrad R. Burns were meeting with residents to discuss the bison controversy. Wilson, a member of the newly formed Bison Action Group, was expected to be charged with disorderly conduct and possibly other charges, authorities said.
