[Scott Harris] really expressed the frustrations encountered by many trying to use modern computerized automated systems that eliminate humans. The personal is gone.
I am legally blind and have not given up surviving with my visual impairment. It isn’t easy for handicapped individuals to survive in this automated, electronic world. The personal touch is lost.
