Ventura Precision Molding Principals Buy Building

Principals of Ventura Precision Molding have acquired a 13,830-square-foot industrial building in Ventura to consolidate and relocate the company’s headquarters and manufacturing operations.
The company has scheduled an Aug. 1 occupancy of the building at 1744 Donlon St. The company, which employs about 35 people, had been leasing a building on Nicolle Street in east Ventura.
The Donlon Street property was sold for $755,000 by the Assn. of Retarded Citizens of Ventura County to Ivinson and Sloane Partnership. Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented both the buyer and seller.
Ventura Precision Molding, established in 1992, makes molded plastic parts for the computer, medical, business machine and consumer product markets.
